Shipping Options

UK

1st Class Royal Mail.

This is not a tracked service. Proof of Postage is obtained for each package.

Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) Royal Mail ” aims to deliver your letter or packet the next working day, including Saturday.” However this cannot be guaranteed.

Recorded Signed For„¢

Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days)  Royal Mail “aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day.” “Please note that is not a fully tracked service. Recorded Signed For„¢ provides you with confirmation of delivery only.”

You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

Courier

Tracking numbers and information will be supplied once orders have been dispatched.

We use City Link as our UK courier. Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) City Link “parcel delivery before 5:30pm within 2 working day throughout most of UK’s mainland. Definite collections are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a 96% success rate (*90% delivered next day)”.

You will be required to sign for your package, so please make sure someone will be in to receive it.

Outside of UK

Royal Mail Airmail

Airmail is not a tracked service. Proof of Postage is obtained for each package.

Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) “Royal Mail Airmail delivery aims are :

  • Western Europe within three working days
  • Eastern Europe within five working days
  • the rest of the world in five to seven working days.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Although we will put your mail on the first available flight, delivery standards in other countries vary”.

Courier

Tracking numbers and information will be supplied once orders have been dispatched.

We use FedEx as our international courier. Once the package has been shipped (which may take up to 3 working days) FedEx offers “3-5 working day economy delivery throughout worldwide destinations (Please note that some destinations produce slightly longer transit times).”

Returns and Refunds

We do our very best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and service.

In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt where we will ask you to return the goods straight away. Shipping charges on returned orders are at the customer’s expense and we recommend recorded/tracked post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 28 days and return the goods to:

Products will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when they left the studio, and that you have taken reasonable care to package goods accordingly to ensure their safe return to the studio. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric (unless faulty) cannot be returned or exchanged.
